GASTRONOMY

Air France is committed to promoting French haute cuisine in all its cabin classes. Since 2009, Air France has worked with the Servair culinary studio, chaired by the world’s most Michelin-starred chef Joël Robuchon to cultivate partnerships with Michelin-starred chefs and design menus in the Business and La Premiere cabins. Signature dishes created by world renowned chef Daniel Boulud are now onboard from US gateways to Paris. Economy and Premium Economy passengers can enhance their experience with «A la Carte» meals, to include a dish designed by Top Chef France winner Jean Imbert. As always, passengers can complement their meal with a wine list selected by world renowned sommeliers. By entrusting the design of its menu to exceptional chefs, Air France is illustrating its role as an ambassador of fine French cuisine and lifestyle.
As a new way of optimizing its offering, Business Class passengers now have the option of enjoying full-service dining at the JFK Air France Business Lounge before late night flights. The Air France Business Class Night Service is just another way the airline is redefining its service.
